This buyer claims items are damaged in order to get them for free.
She did this twice on our website, so we had to block her.
Even worse, I do believe this buyer is teaching scams to others because her friend whose zip code is 54401 too purchased the same item and did the same scam right after we refunded this buyer's payment.
