I accidently put free shipping in the auction and $2 shipping in the auction text. That's her first offense, is that she saw these and went ahead and bid anyway. Once auction closed she paid, clearly seeing the shipping charge. At this point she has had two chances to back out of the transaction or at least email me and she has not. (Its quite obvious that she chose her wording well) Next thing I know she is begging me to email the code and telling me to do it, that its common practice on Ebay. I finally refunded her entire amount because I was not gong to email code. Next thing I know she gets a negative feedback on 02.03 in the late afternoon and turns around leaves me a negative. She also stated in the negative feedback that auction was cancelled and it was not. She also fails to mention in the negative feedback that she demanded that I email the code. In short, by the end of the night, she has committed 5 offenses against Ebay policy, who of course will not do anything. No surprise
