| Details: | customer ordered a part then put the wrong address on the order and when UPS could not find their house we could not get in touch with customer nor could UPS so instead UPS sent it back and we incurred 2 shipping charges and a restock fee. when we refunded the order to the customer we did not refund the $35 shipping and customer in turn did a chargeback |
