Sold this new Ebay buyer a brand new in Box One Plus 3T 128GB Factory Unlocked USA Model smartphone and as soon as he received it, he opened return request case with Ebay claiming that the item kept restarting and would not connect to 4G network. I messaged the buyer trying to help (surprised at what he claimed, because item worked fine. I turned it on to install screen protector). Buyer never responded. Anyways I accepted his return request, knowing that Ebay rules on buyers' favor 99% of the time. Buyer never shipped the item back and called Ebay asking to close the return request. Then on same day he openes item not as described case with Paypal and I just accept the return, knowing that he would win because even Paypal rarely rules in sellers favor. I was sure item worked fine, anyways I had no problem with buyer returning the item because I could sell it elsewhere, no problem. Long story short, buyer returned empty box and Paypal issued full refund $670 to this fraudster. He uses 2 phone numbers; (301) 433-5784 and 231-508-8041. Age 26-27 years old.
