Wow!! Pretty lousy that 1 person can supposedly say that your a bad buyer and all of a sudden your labeled on the Internet! I still remember exactly who this seller is! Why? Because it was the one and only bad experience I ever had! She sold me what was supposed to be a solid sterling silver necklace and it wasn't! When I messages her to let her know she wouldn't get back to me after leaving aprox 4 messages I filed a claim. This is when she finally did get back to me. She told me that I could return the necklace but not only would she not return my original shipping cost she was unwilling to reimburse me for the return shipping cost. The necklace cost $15 between the shipping cost to get it and to return it when it wasn't even my fault for her misrepresenting it in the first place would have cost me $5.60 and why should it have cost me anything when I did nothing wrong but buy from a liar trying to get more money for a cheap necklace by labeling it something that is wasn't. PayPal reviewed the case and yes they reimbursed me for the necklace I offered to mail it back to her again!! She refused to pay for the return shipping for it so I didn't mail it back! Now who's fault do you think that would have been? She was very mean and nasty the whole time about it so yes I left a negative feedback for a horrible experience and it was well deserved!!! If you look at my feedback as a buyer and a seller it is exceptional. I can't remember her eBay name at the moment but I will be sure to come back at add it in!

I just reported this sight to webs.com and will be reporting you to everyone I can think of and anyone who will listen to my complaint that you are defaming people's characters over one lousy personal experience that a person has!!

Hi I am the person that is the subject of this original badbuyers comment! I have warned you previously and I am now past losing my patience about this!! I work across the street from a federal court and I am personal friends now and have lunch everyday with a couple federal attorneys. If this is not taken down within 10 days of today I will be having this prosecuted in front of a federal judge!
