Sold a DVD to "C Michael" back on July 19th. Heard nothing until August 1st when out of the blue, a request is opened saying he never received it. I sent a message right away and told him I'd be speaking to the post office on both ends and that I'm fine issuing a refund or a replacement of the same film out, whichever he prefers. He responds, but very generally, saying garbage like "I sure hope this gets resolved soon!" while never answering if he wants a refund or replacement until 5 days later. And now he wants a replacement. Okay fine. I pack a new one and upload tracking to the case and tell him it will arrive soon. No response.

The next day I get a message from ebay that he contacted customer service, escalated the claim, and got a full refund. Which I had to appeal, but was granted because I legitimately shipped 2 films out to this prick and then he tried getting the money back for them on top of it all.

It was kind of fun to realize that this guy is a CEO of some silly, fly by night entertainment firm, and yet has the time and petty nature to try and defraud me for no good particular reason. If you see his name or username pop up on your sale, avoid him. He sucks.
