This person is extremely rude and impatient. He ordered this item on 7/16/2019 and sent a message on the same day, demanding the order to be shipped out ASAP. I was not able to respond to his message at the moment, so a couple of hours later (out of my company's business hours), he sent me a long message accusing me of being a bad seller for not responding immediately, also demanding his order to be shipped out on the same day (7/16) or else he would buy from someone else. Here is his full message:

"Are u gonna ship this item today ?? I really need this out ASAP if I get no response I’ll cancel my order I’ve send u a few messages and haven’t got a reply yet or have I received anything stating that it’s been shipped my experience with eBay is been good every time I order something i would get a prompt response and my item would be shipped right away I’ll give u a few more hours to respond if not I’ll cancel my order sorry if it may sound bad but I’m use to a prompt response and haven’t got nothing yet"

My eBay store CLEARLY says it may take up to 3 business days to ship out an order. In addition, I provide free shipping, so I don't believe buyers have the rights to make unreasonable demands regards to shipping speed. I canceled his order and told him to buy from someone else. After the order was canceled, this psycho left me a negative feedback, calling me rude and unprofessional. We can all see from the message who was the rude one. He threatened to cancel the order if I couldn't ship out his order on the same day (which I am not required to because my handling time is shown on my store and in the checkout instruction), and then got mad when I actually canceled his order.

ALSO, he expects seller to respond to his message immediately. His first and second messages were less than 5 hours apart! Joeliz Irizarry is the textbook definition of a horrible buyer. Do not do business with him. If he orders from you, I suggest you cancel the order. Don't give in to annoying and entitled buyers like him.

Update: I called eBay and explained the situation to them. I focused on how I was still within the 24 hours timeframe for message response time, and how the handling time is clearly listed on the page. After hearing me out and reading the messages, eBay removed the negative feedback for me because they can see I was not in the wrong and Joeliz Irizarry was being ridiculously unreasonable.

Customers are not always right. Buyers like Joeliz Irizarry need to learn that they cannot threaten and sabotage sellers easily.
