Buyer contacted me with a problem with the device I sold. I apologized and told him he can open a return case and I'll pay for return shipping. He then said he doesn't have time to send back and he would like a partial refund. I explained we would take the device back for a full refund. Weeks later he messaged me stating that he can't return it because he's on vacation and is using the device but he's not happy about this situation. I again apologized and told him to be safe on his travels.
A week later he messages me again stating he has no choice but to leave me bad feedback because he's not happy with it and now that he used it, he can't return it.
Again I asked him to open a case and return it for a refund. I explained that we don't offer partial refunds. If you're not happy with the device you can return it for a full refund.
