I've experienced the same issue with this buyer. Pureplatform appears to be defrauding multiple sellers. He/She recently opened a case for an item not received with us as well. They are currently using the name of Shaelynn Lavoie.

Same for me on ebay. Used thr name Shaelynn Lavoie. I believe they have an app actually called pureplatform.
