credit card companies couldnt give two shits about what you stated here. (1) did you ship it to the credit cards billable address and (2) was the item signed for by the cardholder. thats all that matters, thats for non receipt. For not as described, you have to prove he read and agreed to your terms, he followed them and you have to insist he must return the item back and/or you provided a shipment label for the return.
