I shipped back out in the condition it came and got an exchange. That’s the only item I have returned to Amazon in the last two years. So, after contacting Amazon, I will be seeking to have this persons sellers account shut down or at least receive a general warning. They advised me that they can’t see any issues in March 2021 and upon checking my own order history, there not only has not been any returns but not even a late delivery notification.

Please be more aware of who you let post here in the future.
