Item described as "open box" and listing also stated that I "handled everything to take pictures". But buyer complained (6 days after receiving the item) that this item was not new because it "had fingerprints on it" and threaten with a "formal return" (meaning he probably will also leave a negative feedback) if I don't offer a good solution. Buyer also cannot manage to make the item work, and state that he "don't have the patience for technical support".

Buyer now refunded to avoid troubles, but also blocked on eBay. Apparently, I am not the only one he tried to scam that way. Sellers beware!
