The fact is you don't give into anyone. You set your policies and you stick with them. No return, no refund, or exchange period. Your not legally entitled to give that buyer jack shit if he doesnt return the product. It was a trade, money for something, not a free bee. Dont suggest to anyone how to install or fix it. Say you bought it your responsibility to use it as you want. My job is to sell it not install it.

The above comment must belong to a different blacklisting, since "Dont suggest to anyone how to install or fix it. Say you bought it your responsibility to use it as you want. My job is to sell it not install it." has nothing to do with pur product or this customer. Also, of course we refund when a customer tells us they never received the package.

Is that you Frank from OwnDoc.com? One of the biggest online scammers there is?

You said you'd do everything you could to destroy our reputation online, but we don't see how our employee, the engineer who designed one of our top products, is a "scammer". Care to elucidate us? You said you'd chase us till the end of the Earth to destroy us, but you really have to come with a more effective tactic.

You are delusional. I'm not a customer of yours. Consider me a concerned citizen. You didn't design products. Your products are sold on Alibaba. You, Frank, purchase from Alibaba and pretend the product is yours. If you are going to scam innocent people, you should at least have a little self respect and purchase from a reputable supplier.

There are a group of us who will be doing what you do to your unwitting customers. You see, Frank, we didn't agree to your ToS. We are untouchable when it comes to your blacklisting smear campaigns. We will find every post you ever make. We will be making you famous Frank.
