He left positive feedback but gave 2 low DSRs in communication and shipping time.
1. shipping time: it only takes 15 days to arrive by economy mail, and our estimate time is 20-30 days. It's not fair.
2. communication: he insists that he sent 2 emails to me, and I only reply one of them. But I only receive one email from him!!!! I have checked my ebay message, emails and even paypal, but I cannot find the "second one"!!!!!!!!!!!! Liar!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot understand why he left low DSR in shipping time. 15 days is short enough as international shipping!!!!!
