This transaction took place on Mercari.com. Buyer messaged us on Mercari stating that they only wanted one item, on a LOT. So, we agreed to split the lot up for the one figure. We revised the listing and even gave buyer FREE SHIPPING. Buyer agreed & purchased the item. Buyer then emailed us to make sure we send the correct figure.
A few seconds later, (it couldn't have been more than like 5 seconds - literally), I get a cancelation request. YEP! So, after about 7 messages, then he emails me 3 more times to ask for cancelation. Truly, bad buyer behavior and a waste of any sellers time.
We blocked and reported this buyer to Mercari. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to cancel transactions, due to buyer remorse on the Mercari system. There is no such option, so we wasted more time contacting Mercari to have the site cancel the transaction for us. Just a warning to other sellers.
