Details: | Buyer bought a Thermometer for $1.99 on sale, the item was advertised as "Reads in Celsius" several times in the listing. Once the buyer received thermometer they emailed saying it was no good to them as they couldn't figure out how to read Celsius. The buyer failed to read the listing correctly and then proceeded to demand a refund. "Demand" is the key word here, if you make an error, accept it and nicely ask for a refund, don't demand a refund and say if you dont get one, you will file a complaint and submit a negative report. Had the buy been nice and simply asked for a refund, I would gladly have done so, but the buyer was rude and demanding, and threatened to use a negative review to get their $1.99 refunded. The buyer felt it was their right to ignore their mistake and use buyers remorse to extort a refund. |
