This dishonest person purchased a New Without Tags handbag from me. It was well-photographed and accurately described. Because my return policy is "no returns," she invented a "not as described" means for returning it. When she contacted me, she told me there was something on the purse and sent photos. I apologized for overlooking whatever it was and told her to return it. I sent her a shipping label, which I paid for. But when it arrived, I discovered it was white powder and soon realized that she must have put on the purse! (Fortunately, I was able to get it all off and resell it.) I compared the pictures she sent and the purse with my original pictures for selling it. When I realized her scam, I refunded her for the purse MINUS shipping in both directions. She filed immediately with eBay and they returned the shipping to her! Although I was able to resell the purse, I wasted so much time on the phone with eBay. Eventually, I was refunded shipping in one direction only. I should have not lost any money in this transaction. In the end, I was out $11 and HOURS of time because of this scammer. All sellers need to beware because this dishonest buyer will cost you time and money.
