First and foremost, if the charge was so called unauthorized, if you shipped to the validated address of the credit card you should of won the case. 2nd alot of morons are from Florida and you get alot of idiots from there. File fraud charges against this asshole, send his ass to collections immediately. Also contact his local police department file charges against him

We wish that was the case. The billing and shipping were in fact the same and Paypal our processor "fought" on our behalf as required and we lost. We are looking for another payment processor
