This buyer is a liar. He opened a return request stating that the item he received is defective and asked for a refund. We approved his return request and promised that we will issue a refund once the return item has been received. However, he asked ebay involved into this issue and eBay issued the full refund to him immediately without any hesitation even though we still didn't receive the return item. Today we just received that item. What really upset us is that this buyer sent a garbage to us instead of the real item from our company. So we lost the money as well as the item and were cheated by this bad buyer. Please avoid this buyer, or you will lose more and more money.
