Buyer made several purchases from us and we sent two shipments with multiple qty in each. They claimed they didn't receive 1 unit, didn't clarify tracking, nor which specific unit. Just said they didn't get it. When we asked for clarification on the specific tracking, and asked if any of them had a wrong signature (all were signed for) they just keep repeating they didn't get it. The more it went on, the more I realized it was likely a scam attempt or pure negligence that might as well be scamming. Searching more info on the buyer, they run an app called pure platform that allows international shoppers to buy things in the US. They then buy on behalf of these international buyers and likely consolidate and export it. It seems periodically they will claim items are not received but I speculate they likely do get it and send it to their buyer overseas while trying to get a refund from whatever marketplace it is purchased from. We searched and also found another badbuyer report under the same address but different name, Raghad Mutar, posted in Oct 2021 for the reason: claims nonreceipt of packages.

I've experienced the same issue with this buyer. Pureplatform appears to be defrauding multiple sellers. He/She recently opened a case for an item not received with us as well, and is currently using the name of Shaelynn Lavoie.

Please report them for abuse as we did. We can only hope eventually there is some sort of repercussion or inability to open cases (have heard in extreme cases this can happen). In our case, they initially won the case even though we have delivery confirmation tracking with signature. We contacted support via Ebay Facebook and they immediately reverted the case in our favor and returned funds to us.
