Details: | Purchased a text book on October 5 (late in day). Item packaged very well and shipped on October 6. 99 days later, they request refund (obviously they have learned Amazon's extended return window for holiday shopping). Item was fully refunded, plus return shipping (so now I'm negative on this item). Item came back simply dropped into a plastic bag (no bubbles, no packaging). Item in extremely poor condition, I cannot sell this again. |
