Details: | Buyer opened and escalated case 1 week after the purchase. This is an international order so shipping time normally takes few weeks, and this buyer doesn't even give time enough to wait. I then checked her account and she opened her Etsy account just 1 day before her purchase. Be aware of this buyer, she opened new account to make a purchase, then she opened and escalated case one week after purchase, seems to be a professional who knows how to get money back from paypal. |

Its a classic case of fraud. They will wait a few days after the purchase, thinking you shipped the item. Then they will file a dispute because they know it takes weeks to get there and by that time, the seller has to submit tracking to show the item was delivered. Nowadays, if the tracking shows the item was in transit then the case will be closed once the item is delivered. This asshole is counting that you didnt place tracking on the item and is filing a dispute immediately so by the time the dispute is over, they'd have the package as well.
