Buyer purchased a new with tags item of clothing from me. She opened an “item not as described” return, stating the item “did not work”. I asked for additional details (as it was less than $20 so if it was broken, I likely didn’t need it back). She kept repeating that it didn’t work, and wouldn’t give any other information. She ultimately closed the return after insulting me- stating that I could keep the money if I needed it so badly. She also left abusive negative feedback, which eBay quickly removed.
She is a long-time eBay seller and knows how to scam the system to avoid paying return shipping. Avoid at all costs.
