Bought new set of security camera ($650). Said item was defective and asked to return. Did not return the whole set. When I said I could only give partial refund, he closed ebay case and opened paypal case to get full refund. Feedback history showed that he abused many sellers. Two ebay sellers contacted me to ask about him. They said he did similar to them.
