Buyer made fraudulent claim that product was damaged (the product was practically new), I offered a refund, but buyer indicated they wanted to keep the backpack and just wanted money back from their credit card. Thankfully ebay ruled in my favor; however, she did the same thing via PayPal and won. She got my backpack for free and I was out the money via PayPal.
