As long as you know the truth and have proof of the truth, let the asshole try doing what he says he's going to do. Simple state that your going to notify his local police department and file fraud charges against him. Contact his local post master in the post office. Bottom line is that no receipt of a return, no refund. Let him flap is mouth all he wants. There's another scam where assholes will make claims to say the item was broke, and sellers are so fast to send another one out. Document everything, take pictures, place special markings, record serial numbers of items, to make sure the orignal is send back. Even tell the buyer that you took pictures and record the serial numbers. Watch the asshole vanish.
