Buyer purchased an item under this username SOLELY so he could leave retaliatory negative feedback for my complaints about an item I had purchased from his seller's username ("windmill-parts"). He did this to get around eBay's policy against leaving negative feedback for buyers.

Please review this person's feedback history for both eBay usernames using www.toolhaus.org and you will find a long history of retaliatory feedback, especially against his competitors: He buys items from people who sell similar items, then leaves negative feedback to drive them out of business.
