First this idiot completes a sales order form and it says, don't use any other email address other then the one of the payment account. What does this moron do, places another email address other then the PayPal. With contact us links splattered all over the online stores website, what does this dumb asshole do, contacts us directly via a 3rd email address, with basically "hi im a dumb ass hick durr durr durr". Stating clearly in our policies how to contact, despite this idiot agreeing 2 different times he read the contact policies and other terms, this asshole then 4 hours alter files a dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise. We went totally off on this dumb ass. Cant read, cant follow directions, makes up his own shipment terms, then purposely files a dispute immediately after making an idiot email thinking we should know what his order is.
