Customer called in, speaking spanish only-spoke to one of our people who speaks spanish but right off the bat I knew the order was bad cause the email address was one freight forwarder(conyers)and the ship to is another freight forwarder at 5425 NW 82 Ave in Miami, Fl. The ship to address was in long island, NY-and once I googled it and saw it was a gorgeous house in a beautiful neighborhood I knew it was wrong. The people who live at the address have a name that sounds similar to what he gave us-he told us joseph trencale, the real people who live there and own the credit card is Joseph Tringali. I found a phone# for the real Joseph Tringali, called it and confirmed they were not the person-#1 they didn't speak spanish and #2 have nothing to do with miami. Confirmed it was his card, cancelled the order so the amount would be reversed for him. Scumbags!
