Buyer ordered a brand new spare part for caravan. Fitted the new part and then opened an eBay returns case. Buyer then returned the old & used item back to us with no original packaging. From having previously dealt with ebay customer service, there is no option but to issue a refund - (Opening a case against the buyer will not make a difference as Ebay will 99% of the time agree with the buyer.)
