Customer purchased a high dollar watch from us, claimed over and over that he did not receive it though it was signed by the front desk. We contacted his building and they confirmed receipt and that he picked it up from their pickup room immediately after delivery. They were also nice enough to send us videos of him picking it up. He then admitted to "Finding It", but claimed it was open and used (these watches sit directly next to me and it was sealed). After we told him that they were sealed and it was not returnable, he proceeded to file a chargeback claiming that he had not received the item. Definitely one of the most dishonest humans alive.
