This buyer bought two (one German one French) antique bisque dolls totaling only $160. I gave them a great deal on shipping (postage on second item was free -- at a loss to myself). The buyer's account is 6 years old and they had many transactions with US sellers in the past, indicating they know what to expect in terms of postage, VAT, etc. They never paid, nor did they respond to any invoices or messages. They did however, conveniently break their silence when I opened an unpaid case. Apparently they suddenly could not pay due to "serious problems".
