Dont give deals to anyone. Stick to your price, buyers are always trying to steal from sellers left and right, a percentage of. If your not a big box retailer, they think since your small person you put $ before anything else. Your price is your price and no one else. If you pay for their return shipping for exchanges they will more than likely leave negative or take advantage of you, it all depends on the person. On a feedback based system, buyers dont read they BS throught their teeth to try to get someone to believe their bs, its not everyone but you run into alot of them.
