Details: | This buyer ordered an item from me on a Saturday evening and I shipped out on the following Monday at 9:00 A.M. The item shipped free with Media Mail but the buyer was offered a First Class upgrade for $1 extra. Since he declined the upgrade, it shipped via Media Mail. The item only cost him $12.75 (which is was very cheap) for a brand new copy of this DVD. While the item arrived within the longest time frame for Media Mail it was still on time (which was still out of my control). However, as soon as he got it, he did not contact me and let me know he was unhappy (which I leave a flyer in all my items to advise that I will resolve any issue) but instead he chose to leave me neutral feedback stating that I shipped it too late! I also did some digging into his feedback left for others and it seems that he has left this kind of feedback for several people (both neutral and negative) based on a perceived slow shipping speed. Anyhow, I was luckily able to get it removed with the help of a Ebay representative who could clearly see that it was clearly unfair feedback. Nonetheless, I do not suggest doing business with this guy if you value your feedback. |
