| Details: | Customer purchased statue then sends e-mails stating a piece is missing and it's smaller than he thought it would be, even though the size is clearly stated in listing. So you have to accept the return. Statue shows up, in a completely different box and is not the one we sent him. Of course eBay is no help so I get screwed out of the cost of statue, original shipping cost and the return shipping to me. |

In that case Ebay doesnt want to get involved unless you have 100% evidence regarding it. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with stupid assholes like those people. Regardless charge more for shipping and insure every thing. Take pictures of everything you send prior to shipping and keep a log of them. Record serial numbers, put special invisible ink on items to where you know were they are. Even make up your own serial numbers and place them in places the morons wont look. If there's acase file a case.
