Details: | Customer initially asked for a refund, as according to Amazon, the package was "lost". I checked the tracking information, and the package was delayed for two weeks in NC for some reason, but started moving again. I informed the customer that the package had started moving again, and would arrive in a couple of days. Customer says that since the package has not arrived that they want a refund. Checked the tracking again, and the package has been delivered. I inform the customer that the package has been delivered, and they respond that it hasn't and they won't wait any longer for a refund. Either a scam, or a complete jerk. |
