Thats your own fault. your advertising something that welcomes scammers. Easy returns, why would you want to advertise something like that. You should be advertising sales not refunds. You just opened the door for scammers. The only thing you can do at this point is go to the post office and document what the buyer did. Then appeal the dispute saying he sent you a rock. He got that idea from reading it online. Then go to 3IC and file fraud charges. Also you should of recorded the ISN number and brick the phone, so that on any carrier it will be reported as stolen making it useless.
