You misrepresented the item location (item was not in the US but Russia) and it didn't work thus violating ebay's TOS. Pictures were taken and sent to ebay, which you (the poster) can see. I was given a full refund and was told to not send it back due to distance.

I also have address in USA, you can see it in my account. It very easy.
You protect buyer who stole my item.
I sent CPU from another location because forget remove from laptop in USA and sent laptop in my luggage.
It not brake delivery time, only little more for some days. How changed properties CPU sent from other place. Very stupid reason. Buyer open case as demaged item without any photos. Real scammer!

I have to split this into parts because of length limits:
> I also have address in USA, you can see it in my account. It very easy.
So? The Tracking number and envelope were from outside the US. Again, you lost this dispute because the listing stated "Item Location: Cheltenham, Pennsylvania" and instead I got something from St. Petersburg, Russia.

No. It may have been "As Is; Untested" but it had damage that wasn't pictured and thus didn't work, so it is useless to me.
>It not brake delivery time, only little more for some days. How changed properties CPU sent from other place. Very stupid reason.
I don't even know what you are trying to say here.
>Buyer open case as demaged item without any photos. Real scammer!
For the 4th? 5th? time, I have pictures. You may not have seen them but ebay did. My dispute wasn't originally opened for damage anyway, but because I thought I was being scammed. I think most people would make that reasonable assumption based on a 4,000+ mile difference in origin. If you want pictures, I'll post them somewhere.

Real scammer and liar.
Open dispute history and try find your photos of item, nothing. Only bla-bla-bla.
Not return item in my US address. Stole item.
Write more, all people must know you as scammer.

Item was listed "AS IS" and discribed as untested.
What you want? Used and Guarantied working or New NIB. Are you idiot?

Ask for identification documents such as your driver’s license, passport or Medicare card number (never provide these to someone you don’t know, as it may be used to commit identity fraud)
