I received an ebay message from this guy stating he won my iphone 5 and said he wanted to change his shipping address because his dad got sick and he had to move out of town. I told him I could only ship to the address associated with his paypal account. He said he would not change his paypal address and to ship to the new address he provided. I still refused.
In the end I realized this wasn't even the winner of the phone I was selling. I think he was banking on me just sending the phone without looking to see what the winners ID was. |

Full of shit, that address is a forwarding company to an international destinations. We can look just at the address and are so familiar with the scams that happen. You were correct in only shipping to the confirmed address. Do not change your policies for others, you dont know them so dont do anyone any favors. Id call the local police dept. in New Castle and report the address to the postal inspectors office.
