The buyer was extremely rude and used obscene language. He continued calling me bro, even after I advised him that wasn't his bro, and further that wasn't a bro at all (I'm a woman). He reacted this was because I asked if he could confirm that he agreed with our store policies. He tried to manipulate, dance around, and otherwise ignore the question altogether. This individual is very very immature and a true problematic buyer. I knocked 50 dollars off the price of the item, against my better judgement. Never again! For future reference, if an individual tries to persuade me to lower my price because they're on a "fixed budget", I'm just gonna block them.
