| Details: | I had 50 for quantity of the Blacktail Watermelon and mistakenly put only 40 so I adjusted my mistake on the Ebay listing. Buyer calls me on the phone. I offer to mail him two packs of watermelon seed, Sweet Dakota & Quetzali and he agreed. I sent him 2 packs next day. Three days after he called, he called again and said his package was there yet. I told him it would be it was only three days. So he asked for refund and has not answered my questions on Ebay . o communication...he got three packs of free seed and I'm out $2.89. |

We just got shafted by the same buyer on EBay.
He bought 8 hun partridge eggs on eBay no warranty as we can’t control shipping damage . We sent 11 eggs and apparently 4 were damaged but he set all 11 in incubator. We offered to send 4 if he would pay postage even though there was a no refund policy. He filed claim for a full refund from eBay and a separate claim with Paypal and left the negative feedback. He was unable to produce pics of damaged eggs.

We didnt respond to a question within 24 hours of a purchase and he filed a claim with his financial institution. Fighting in PayPal.

Buyer filed a claim with eBay. He won bid for 6 white bresse eggs I sent 8 he said all was broken but only sent a pic of 1 broken with a tiny amount of yolk on the packing fluff. I offered to reship but he demanded a refund saying he had changed his mind. He filed a claim with ebay. I submitted proof to ebay and they found me not at fault. But be warned he's still at scamming.
