Details: | Said received item with water staining, asked for pictures of damage. She refused to send pictures. So offered refund upon return of it only. In reality, damaged scarf by spilling coffee and when she tried to clean, tore a hole in the silk. Could still smell the coffee, see coffee stains and the attempted cleaning damage from using improper cleaning chemicals. Demanded refund or would file Not As Described case. |
