| Details: | Buyer purchase a $1000 drone which was in MINT condition and never been in a crash at all, and had also free shipping on it. 3 days later buyer complained that he doesn't like the camera on the drone and want to return it. Return is accepted as usual. Later when checking the returned aircraft and aircraft "black-box" logs, I found out that the craft have been damaged in a crash by the buyer, which wasn't disclosed by the buyer before the return. Buyer got still his money back, minus $100 kept as "restocking fees" to cover the damages on the drone and troubles due to this issue. Buyer isn't happy and want his money back in full, minus $20 to cover some damaged propellers. After buyer threatened to leave bad feedback if he didn't get his money back, I decided to refund him in full and be done with him. Seller beware! |
