Buyer bought a box of Lego from me. The ad stated that it was a full large flat rate priority box filled with various Lego pieces taken from a huge bin my son had.
When the buyer got the box, he claimed that a lot of the pieces were not Lego.....which in fact they all were. He also claimed that it was not exactly as the picture showed. I explained that shipping and settling of the box would have made the box and the photo quite different.
Even though my policy states no refunds, I offered a full refund once the box was returned to me.
The next email I got was VERY threatening. he said that if I didn't send him a refund, that he would leave me bad feedback. I did contact ebay and filed a complaint for feedback extortion. I am sure he will leave the bad feedback. Oh well. My over 1000 positives speak for themselves....I do not take kindly to threats and I do not give refunds without getting the item back.
But other sellers need to be warned. The buyer only has 39 feedback compared to my over 1050 and power seller status.
