Details: | Please be aware of this bad eBay buyer. Block them from being able to purchase auto-parts from you or any other product that requires intelligent buyers to work with them. The buyer purchased an item, claimed it was defective. The reason for the defect is not even a problem that is possible to occur with our products. We instructed for the item to be returned. Buyer returned item. Our listing states refunds are issued within 2 weeks of the date of the item's receipt. The buyer sent a message about the return. We requested tracking. The unit had just arrived 2 days prior. The buyer then began messaging us demanding the refund, then issued us a negative claiming we were giving her a "runaround". We confronted the buyer on their retaliatory feedback only to be given an excuse of ignorance because the buyer failed to read our conditions and refunds process. Block this failure of the human intellect. Ignorant buyer, will blame you for her ignorance. |
