| Details: | Raised an item not received request. I gave clear instructions on how to escalate it to a claim but I also said I don't trade with anyone who makes a claim. He then sends a payment request.
This leads me to believe he has made claims in the past and doesn't want to get banned for making too many item not received claims. He may also be trying to get me to pay the payment request and then raise the dispute through paypal. Block username toolboxrm. He is up to no good. |

Following on about this buyer. He got his refund at my cost. Months later he asked why he was blocked. I told him. Months went by and he tried getting other members of his household to buy. I just refund and block everyone associated with his address
