OMG,this guy Refreshed our understanding of the word “shameless“.
This person has a high probability of being a fraudster,he will scam you money
Do not sell anything to him
He take Advantage of you,He will be carefully selected to buy from international sellers who use shipping company that cannot track the entire shipping. So sometimes shipping may not able to gets updates. he will jump out saying he did not receive the package,asking for refund,and saying will pay us back when he gets it. Because the tracking number has no new status, the seller cannot question him and can only give him a refund.

A month later, seller contact him to check if he already get the package. But what was shocking was that he suddenly started to deny everything and was Extremely bad attitude.
This is why the seller thinks his behavior is suspicious.

Sometimes,other buyer also not get their package,and seller refund them first, when seller contact them for update a month later,they would just nicely says "sorry, I still not receive the package",since they already got their money back a month ago,they don't have to act like very angry right?
As for what kind of person will respond with a bad attitude? ----- The person who is actually already received the package,but does not what to pay the money back. AKS. a scammer.
He knew he had promised to pay back. But now he received the package but refused to pay. In his heart, he knew that such actions were wrong. So he needs to cover up his inner guilt with a bad attitude.

At the same time, he also had to lay a lot of lies to make himself feel reasonable. He claim seller did not even send the item out ,He even claim seller did not even refund him,and is still scamming him. Even screaming that the buyer was maliciously harassing him.

Sorry,the tracking number is the evidence to proof seller already sent it.
seller refunded you long time ago, paypal has that records,That is an unquestionable fact.
And you already have all you money back,Even if the seller wants to scam you, what else can they scam you now?
And seller just sending a message to check if you already got the package now, and that is "Harassment" in your world?
If everyone holds your standard, then everyone in the world is constantly being harassed every day.

Please stop your poor performance. It's just ridiculous.
If you have already received the product but you do not want to pay for it, you want to invade the product for free. Please have some guts to speak out. There is no need for a ridiculous clown show.
