This buyer contact us through Alibaba.com, said want to purchase our products, but need some free sample first, we told him we can supply free sample, but need him to pay for the express charge by freight collect with his EXPRESS account No.
Then he told us his UPS account No. and we sent out the free samples.

After he received our samples, but do not pay for this charge to UPS, we contacted him couple months and still no response.

So this is a fraud buyer, be careful.
