Sold a brand new locked iPhone to the buyer. It stated everywhere what carrier the phone was for. But then they tried to activate it at a different place and then after it didn't work request a refund. I kindly explained multiple times it stated what the listing said. But they argued that the listing never said it couldn't be used for that carrier. After I declined the refund one more time they called my phone fake and a "Chinese" phone. Then claimed that the phone never worked in the first place after admitting they took it to the carrier and the carrier just couldn't activate it.
