The buyer said the item is used, therefore he need to return.
The tracking number shows delivered but I have not receive it.
Amazon won't bother but just deducted my money including shipping.
The buyer left us a 1 star feedback saying "Maybe when they were new, they were super bright."
This is BS as we are in business for 14 years and only sell and ship brand new items.
